Exchange and Returns

Exchange and returns are only accepted upon presentation of the original purchase invoice.

Please verify your order before leaving the showroom. Any requests that do not comply with this Exchange and Return Policy will not be accepted.

Products may be exchanged or returned in their original condition within 7 days from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions set out in this policy.

The company is not responsible if the selected dimensions, sizes, or colors are unsuitable for the customer's needs or if the purchased items cannot pass through doorways, elevators, hallways, or staircases.

لا تتحمل الشركة أي مسؤولية عن أي ضرر يحدث بعد قيام العميل أو من ينوب عنه بمعاينة المنتجات والتوقيع على سند الاستلام. كما لا تتحمل المسؤولية عن المنتجات التي يتم استلامها بدون خدمة تركيب. وفي حال طلب التركيب لاحقاً، يتم احتساب رسوم قدرها 345 ريال سعودي لكل قطعة.

The customer may request a refund within 7 days from the purchase date, subject to a 5% administrative deduction. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.

Special orders, discounted items, clearance items, and gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

For health and hygiene reasons, bed sheets, pillows, mattresses, carpets, accessories, and household utensils cannot be exchanged or returned.

في حال دفع عربون وعدم استكمال المبلغ خلال 3 أيام، يحق للشركة إلغاء الحجز وتحويل المبلغ إلى رصيد شرائي.

If the customer purchases the last available showroom display item(s) and accepts them in their current condition, such item(s) are sold on an "as-is" basis, must be paid for in full, and are not eligible for exchange or return.

For special orders, full payment is required in advance. Once confirmed, special orders cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged, or refunded.

If the company is unable to deliver the goods due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the customer shall be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid without any additional compensation.

تقدم الشركة ضماناً لمدة سنة واحدة على غرف النوم وغرف الطعام والأرائك ضد عيوب التصنيع ضمن مناطق التوصيل، ويخضع ذلك للفحص من القسم المختص. ولا يشمل الضمان الأقمشة أو التلف الناتج عن سوء الاستخدام أو التنظيف أو الكسر أو الحريق أو الاستهلاك الطبيعي أو الغسيل.

Delivery Procedures and Terms

Delivery Procedures

يتم التوصيل داخل مدينة الرياض خلال فترة تتراوح بين 5 إلى 15 يوم عمل من تاريخ الشراء، ولا يشمل ذلك الطلبات الخاصة.

A customer service representative will contact the customer to schedule the delivery date and time.

The customer or an authorized representative must be present at the delivery location to receive the goods and sign the Delivery Receipt. Goods cannot be left unattended under any circumstances.

The delivery location must be prepared and cleared of old furniture before delivery. The delivery team is not responsible for removing or disposing of existing furniture.

Upon delivery, all items will be unloaded, inspected, and reviewed with the customer to ensure they are in good condition and free from visible defects or damage. Packaging materials will be removed where applicable.

Customers are required to inspect all products upon delivery and sign the Delivery Receipt acknowledging that the goods have been received in satisfactory condition. Claims relating to visible defects, shortages, or damages will not be accepted after the Delivery Receipt has been signed.

Storage Policy

توفر الشركة تخزيناً مجانياً لمدة تصل إلى 30 يوماً من تاريخ الشراء.

بعد انتهاء الفترة المجانية يتم احتساب رسوم تخزين شهرية تعادل 5% من قيمة الفاتورة.

The company reserves the right to revise storage fees based on the size of the goods and the duration of storage. Alternatively, the company may cancel the sales order and deduct 20% of the total order value to cover storage and administrative charges.

After deducting any applicable fees, the remaining balance may be issued to the customer as store credit. The customer shall not be entitled to claim the same products once the sales order has been cancelled.

في حال سداد 50% أو أكثر من قيمة الطلب وعدم استكمال المبلغ خلال 3 أيام، لا تضمن الشركة توفر المنتجات، ويجوز احتساب المبلغ المدفوع كرسوم حجز وتخزين.

Delivery Terms

All products shall be deemed to have been received in good condition once the customer signs the Delivery Receipt. The company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or defect reported after the Delivery Receipt has been signed.

If the delivery team is unable to contact the customer on the scheduled delivery date, including cases where the phone is switched off or unanswered, the company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the delivery. A re-delivery fee of SAR 575 will apply.

يتم تقديم خدمة التركيب مجاناً في نفس يوم التوصيل فقط، وفي حال طلب التركيب لاحقاً يتم احتساب 345 ريال لكل قطعة.

يتم احتساب 115 ريال لكل طابق لكل قطعة عند نقل المنتجات للأدوار العليا في حال عدم توفر مصعد مناسب.

Delivery service includes unpacking, assembly, installation (where applicable), and disposal of packaging materials.

The company shall not be responsible for any damage, delay, or inability to complete delivery resulting from narrow entrances, hallways, staircases, elevators, or any other restricted access to the delivery location.

Delivery Exclusions

The following services are not included in the standard delivery and installation service:

  • Installation of products requiring drilling into walls.
  • Electrical work, wiring, or installation of lighting fixtures.
  • Any modifications to walls, ceilings, floors, or existing structures.

General Provision

In the event of any dispute, operational issue, or delivery delay, the company shall resolve the matter in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Where permitted by applicable law, the company's decision regarding operational matters shall be final.
