General policies:
- Exchange and return based on the original invoice only.
- Please ensure that your request is correct before leaving the exhibition, as it is not permissible to resort to reasons that contradict the company’s exchange and return policy.
- The customer cannot exchange or return purchases after receipt.
- The company is not responsible if the sizes do not fit, the colors do not fit, or the goods do not enter through the entrance or stairs.
- The company is not responsible for any damage or harm after inspection and signing by the customer or his representative. It is also not responsible for the goods that the customer receives without installation. If the customer wishes to book a later appointment for installation, a fee of 345 riyals will be charged for each piece.
- The customer has the right to recover the invoice amount within one day from the date of purchase, with an administrative recovery fee of 5% of the invoice value being deducted. The amount is transferred to the customer’s account within 14 working days from the date of cancellation of the invoice.
- The customer has the right to exchange the purchased goods within a maximum period of 3 days from the date of the invoice, provided that they are in their original condition. Special orders, discounted goods, and gift vouchers are excluded from the return policy.
- The customer is not entitled to exchange or return bed sheets, pillows, mattresses, carpets, accessories, and utensils for health reasons.
- The customer must pay the full amount within a maximum period of 3 days from the date of the invoice. If the customer exceeds this period, the invoice will be automatically canceled and the amount will be transferred as a purchase credit to the customer.
- In the event that the customer purchases the last items (display pieces) from the exhibition and agrees to purchase them in their as-is condition, their value will be paid in full and they will not be subject to return or exchange at all.
- In the case of special orders, the customer must pay the full value of the goods in advance, and the customer has no right to return, exchange, or modify special orders at all.
- Purchases with a value of less than 3,000 riyals will be charged a delivery fee of 230 riyals, or they will be delivered according to the customer’s desire from the showroom or warehouse within two working days. Storage fees will be calculated for each day of delay after that depending on the size of the purchases.
- In the event that we are unable to deliver the goods for a reason beyond the company’s control, the customer has the right to recover the full amount without any additional compensation
- The company provides a one-year warranty on bedrooms, dining rooms, and sofas to customers within the delivery areas against manufacturing defects, which is determined by the company’s relevant department. This warranty does not include fabrics or damage resulting from misuse (damage resulting from the use of cleaning materials, breakage, burning, excessive consumption, or washing).
Delivery procedures:
- Delivery of the goods (within the city of Riyadh only) may take from 5 to 15 working days from the date of purchase (this excludes special orders).
- The customer service representative will contact you to coordinate the delivery date and time.
- The customer must be present on site to receive the goods and sign the receipt form; We cannot leave the goods otherwise.
- The site must be ready and free of any old furniture, as the delivery team is not responsible for removing old pieces.
- Your goods will be unloaded, reviewed, and checked for their condition and that they are free of any damage during the delivery and unloading process on site, and all packaging will be removed if necessary.
- We ask you to make sure and inspect all products and sign the “Delivery Notice” so that the goods have been delivered intact, and no complaint will be considered after that.
- - In the event that the customer does not wish to receive the goods during the free storage period (30 days from the date of purchase):
- A storage fee of 5% of the invoice value will be charged monthly.
- Indigo Home has the right to calculate and increase the storage fees after that as it deems appropriate with the size of the goods and the duration of storage, or cancel the sale order and calculate 20% as storage fees from the total sale order. The customer is not entitled to demand the same purchases and has the right to exchange the value of the net invoice after deducting the storage fees.
- If at least 50% of the sales order is paid, the company is not responsible for the availability of the goods in the event that payment is not completed within a period of three days from the date of purchase, and the reservation amount will be charged as administrative fees and storage fees.
- - In the event that the customer does not wish to receive the goods during the free storage period (30 days from the date of purchase):
- A storage fee of 5% of the invoice value will be charged monthly.
- Indigo Home has the right to calculate and increase the storage fees after that as it deems appropriate with the size of the goods and the duration of storage, or cancel the sale order and calculate 20% as storage fees from the total sale order. Terms of delivery
- All received products will be considered in excellent condition after signing the receipt notice. Indigo Home will not bear any responsibility for any damage, damage or loss reported after that.
- If the delivery team is unable to contact the customer on the agreed delivery day (phone switched off or no answer), Indigo Living reserves the right to cancel or re-delivery without further notice and an additional fee of 575 SAR will be applied for re-delivery.
- Assembly and installation of the parts is free on the same day of delivery. The assembly and installation service is available at a later time if the customer desires and includes an additional fee of 345 riyals for each piece.
- Additional fees may also apply for transporting goods to higher floors, 115 riyals per floor per piece.
- Delivery includes removing packaging, assembling and installing the goods and then disposing of the packaging materials on behalf of the customer.
- The company does not bear any responsibility for any damages that occur due to the narrow corridors leading to the requested location.
