Return and Delivery Policy


Exchange and Return Policy

  • Exchange and return are permitted only upon presentation of the original invoice.
  • Please ensure that your order is correct before leaving the showroom, as requests that contradict the company's exchange and return policy will not be accepted.
  • The customer may return or exchange products in their original condition within 7 days from the purchase date, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
  • The company is not responsible if the selected dimensions, sizes, or colors do not meet the customer's expectations or requirements, or if the purchased goods cannot be moved through doorways, elevators, hallways, or staircases.
  • The company is not responsible for any damage occurring after the customer or their authorized representative has inspected and signed for the goods. The company is also not responsible for products received by the customer without installation services. If the customer requests installation at a later date, a service fee of SAR 345 per item will apply.
  • The customer may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date, subject to a 5% administrative fee. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original method of payment unless otherwise requested by the customer in writing.
  • Special orders, discounted items, and gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • For health and hygiene reasons, bed sheets, pillows, mattresses, carpets, accessories, and household utensils cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • If a customer makes a down payment and fails to complete the remaining payment within 3 days, the company reserves the right to cancel the reservation of the products and convert the amount paid into store credit for the customer.
  • If the customer purchases the last available item(s) displayed in the showroom and accepts them in their current condition, such item(s) are sold on an "as-is" basis, must be paid for in full, and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • For special orders, full payment must be made in advance. Once confirmed, special orders cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged, or refunded.
  • Delivery time may be extended from 2 business days up to 5 business days when necessary.
  • If the company is unable to deliver the goods due to circumstances beyond its control, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid without any additional compensation.
  • The company provides a one-year warranty on bedrooms, dining rooms, and sofas within the designated delivery areas against manufacturing defects, subject to inspection and verification by the company's authorized service department. This warranty does not cover fabrics, normal wear and tear, misuse, improper cleaning, breakage, burns, excessive use, or damage resulting from washing.


Delivery Procedures and Terms

Delivery Procedures

Delivery within the city of Riyadh may take between 5 and 15 business days from the date of purchase. This timeframe does not apply to special orders.

  • A customer service representative will contact the customer to coordinate the delivery date and time.
  • The customer or an authorized representative must be present at the delivery location to receive the goods and sign the delivery receipt. Goods cannot be left unattended under any circumstances.
  • The delivery location must be prepared and free of old furniture before delivery. The delivery team is not responsible for removing or disposing of existing furniture.
  • Upon delivery, all items will be unloaded, inspected, and reviewed with the customer to ensure they are in good condition and free from visible defects or damage. Packaging materials will be removed where applicable.
  • Customers are required to inspect all products upon delivery and sign the Delivery Receipt acknowledging that the goods have been received in satisfactory condition. No claims regarding visible defects, shortages, or damages will be accepted after the Delivery Receipt has been signed.

Storage Policy

  • The company provides complimentary storage for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • If the customer chooses not to receive the goods within the complimentary storage period, a monthly storage fee equal to 5% of the invoice value will apply.
  • The company reserves the right to adjust storage fees based on the size of the goods and the storage duration. Alternatively, the company may cancel the sales order and deduct 20% of the total order value as storage and administrative fees.
  • After deducting any applicable fees, the remaining balance may be issued to the customer as store credit. The customer is not entitled to claim the same products if the sales order has been cancelled.
  • If at least 50% of the order value has been paid and the remaining balance is not settled within 3 days of the purchase date, the company does not guarantee product availability. Any reservation amount paid may be retained as administrative and storage fees.

Delivery Terms

  • All products will be deemed received in excellent condition once the customer signs the Delivery Receipt. The company will not be liable for any loss, damage, or defect reported after signing.
  • If the delivery team is unable to contact the customer on the scheduled delivery date (including cases where the phone is switched off or unanswered), the company reserves the right to cancel the delivery or reschedule it. A re-delivery fee of SAR 575 will apply.
  • Assembly and installation services are provided free of charge on the day of delivery. If the customer requests installation on a later date, a fee of SAR 345 per item will be charged.
  • Additional charges may apply for carrying products to upper floors where elevators are unavailable or unsuitable. The charge is SAR 115 per floor per item.
  • Delivery service includes unpacking, assembly, installation (where applicable), and disposal of packaging materials.
  • The company shall not be responsible for any damage, delay, or inability to complete delivery resulting from narrow entrances, hallways, staircases, elevators, or restricted access to the delivery location.

Delivery Exclusions

The following services are not included in standard delivery and installation:

  • Installation of products requiring wall drilling.
  • Electrical work, wiring, or installation of lighting fixtures.
  • Any modifications to walls, ceilings, floors, or existing structures.

General Provision

In the event of any dispute, operational issue, or delivery delay, the company's decision shall be final, provided that it complies with applicable laws and regulations.
