Exchange & Return Policy

Exchange and return are allowed only with the original invoice.

  • Please check your order carefully before leaving the showroom. Requests that conflict with this policy will not be accepted.
  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the purchase date, provided they are in original condition.
  • The company is not responsible if sizes, dimensions, or colors do not match customer expectations, or if items cannot fit through doors, elevators, hallways, or staircases.
  • The company is not responsible for any damage after the customer or their representative inspects and signs the delivery. Items received without installation are also the customer’s responsibility.
  • Installation requested after delivery will be charged SAR 345 per item.
  • Refunds are allowed within 7 days, subject to a 5% administrative fee, and processed within 14 business days using the original payment method unless otherwise requested in writing.
  • Special orders, discounted items, and gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • For hygiene reasons, items such as bed sheets, pillows, mattresses, carpets, accessories, and utensils are non-returnable.
  • If a down payment is made and the remaining balance is not paid within 3 days, the order may be cancelled and the amount converted into store credit.
  • Display or last items sold “as-is” are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Special orders must be fully paid in advance and cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or exchanged.
  • Delivery time may be extended from 2 to 5 business days when necessary.
  • If delivery is not possible due to reasons outside the company’s control, a full refund will be issued.
  • A 1-year warranty applies to bedrooms, dining rooms, and sofas against manufacturing defects, excluding fabric damage, misuse, cleaning damage, burns, or normal wear and tear.

Delivery Procedures

  • Delivery within Riyadh takes 5 to 15 business days, excluding special orders.
  • Our team will contact you to schedule delivery.
  • The customer or a representative must be present to receive and sign the delivery.
  • Delivery will not be completed without a receiver on site.
  • The delivery area must be ready and free of old furniture.
  • The delivery team does not remove old furniture.
  • Items will be inspected upon delivery, and packaging will be removed if needed.
  • Once the delivery note is signed, no claims for visible damage or missing items will be accepted.

Storage Policy

  • Free storage is available for 30 days from purchase.
  • After that, storage fees of 5% per month apply.
  • The company may adjust storage fees based on order size and duration or cancel the order with a 20% deduction for storage and administration costs.
  • Remaining balance (if any) may be issued as store credit.
  • If 50% or more is paid and the balance is not completed within 3 days, availability is not guaranteed, and the payment may be treated as fees.

Delivery Terms

  • Items are considered received in good condition once the delivery note is signed.
  • If the customer is unreachable on delivery day, a SAR 575 re-delivery fee applies.
  • Free installation is provided on delivery day only.
  • Later installation is charged SAR 345 per item.
  • Moving items to upper floors costs SAR 115 per floor per item.
  • Delivery includes unpacking, assembly, installation, and packaging disposal.
  • The company is not responsible for access issues such as narrow spaces or difficult entry points.

Delivery Exclusions

  • Wall drilling or mounting services
  • Electrical work or lighting installation
  • Any structural modifications (walls, ceilings, floors)

General Terms

  • The company’s decision is final in case of disputes, provided it complies with applicable laws.
